Short Emails for Reports

Hey. Not sure if it's possible, but would be nice to have a custom email with dynamic variables to send important report data to the clients.
Instead of using PDFs, the emails stay short and sweet, making it more likely that they are going to read it.
For example:
Hello [Client's Name],
Here’s your monthly update for [Month]! 🚀 Let’s take a quick look at how your website is doing:
✅ Updates: All plugins, themes, and WordPress core are up to date. Your site is running smoothly and securely!
🔒 Uptime: Fantastic news—your site had 100% uptime this month! No interruptions.
💾 Backups: Regular backups are in place. We’ve got your data safely stored and ready to restore if needed.
📈 Traffic: Your site received [X] visitors this month, with [X]% new users.
💼 Conversions: You had [X] new leads or sales—awesome job!
🛠️ Custom Work: We completed [brief description of custom work] to improve your site’s features.
Best regards,

It is usefull, but not more usefull than pdf reports, not for me (my clients like printed pdf on their desk)...

I suggested this here Madis Mark
Hopefully something that gets implemented as it's (in my opinion) much better than the PDF report anyway. I'd probably not even attach that.
Only thing with yours especially is that there would need to be some manual intervention each month (conversions). In mine I'd included some Patchstack stats but until that is fully integrated it would need manual intervention.
So at minimum if it could use the data that is already in WP Umbrella and allow those as variables in the email report builder, it'd be such a massive win (for seemingly quite an easy setup)

Chris Key Yeah, I saw :) Conversions data could maybe retrieved from Google Analytics. But traffic and e-commerce sales should work by default.
It would definitely be a huge win. I think only MainWP offers a similar feature.

Madis Mark I think WP Remote does (as Kyle from TAB suggested it to them and they built it that day haha)
