Our upcoming Team Member feature will empower you to easily share access to your WP Umbrella account with invited team members. You'll have the flexibility to grant specific rights and permissions to ensure smooth collaboration.
Key Benefits:
- Access Sharing:Share access to some or all of your websites with your team members, enhancing collaboration and teamwork. We will also let you know if people accessing you account have enable the 2FA Authentication.
- Custom Permissions:Assign specific rights and permissions to team members, allowing you to control what they can and can't do within your WP Umbrella account. We will also release a viewer only mode if you want to share access with your clients.

Hey guys - Can we also assign a team member a specific WordPress admin account to access?
For example, our copywriter only needs Editor access to a client's WordPress account, so we have a user account created for that person. But then our developers have a full Administrator user account they access. In ManageWP, we're able to define which one the user logs into.

User 1 - Uses the 'Web Team' username
User 2 - Uses the 'SEO Team' username
