Currently, WP Umbrella handles Custom Work entries and scheduled reports in UTC, even when a user has selected a different time zone in their profile. This causes confusion and leads to incorrect dates being saved (e.g., selected dates shifting to the previous day), and report scheduling not aligning with expected delivery times.

Users reasonably expect that once they set their preferred time zone, all date and time operations—display, storage, and scheduling—should reflect that choice. Requiring users to manually calculate UTC offsets undermines usability and adds unnecessary complexity.
