There are several plugins and themes that offers white labelling features, some for name and URLs, and some can even be hidden from installed plugins and admin menus etc. Some examples are WP Umbrella, Logtivity, Astra Pro etc.

Those will however display in the reports when installed/updated, with their original names. So maybe there should be some options for excluding plugins and themes from the reports, and also to use the white labelled name (could be set in WP Umbrella) if included, preferably both per site and globally.
