Report: PDF Performance report is missing LCP

LCP (largest contentful paint) is one of the most important metrics in Lighthouse, yet it is not shown in the performance report. The data exists in WP-Umbrella because it is in the "Performance & Page Speed" section, but it does not show up in the PDF report, which shows the Core Web Vitals "Speed Index" instead.

In addition, this report does not correctly color-code the details -- a site could get a 5/100 but every bullet point would still be green, instead of red or orange as it actually should be.
