Plugin Update Date

I've moved from updating plugins automatically (immediately) to updating once each Monday. However, Ideally I'd like to avoid plugin updates that just became available on that same Monday.
Currently you have to click "View changelog" for each update in order to find out if it's a new or old update.
There are various ways this could be improved... When on the Bulk Management page, looking at plugins, and "Update available" tab, the "Status" column which shows "Update Available" could show the date the update became available, or how many days ago it became available ("Today", "3 days ago" etc). The column could be renamed to "Date" and be sortable.

This would be a game changer if you combine this information with the auto update feature. this means if you can define in days how old an update needs to be BEFORE it will be picked up be the auto update process (never the less when this is). this way the system won't push plugins which just came out and most likely will get a patch within days and you don't stress the client and the system with updates after updates etc. we cloud have then smaller safe cycles of better tested plugins ;) and automated!

This would be really helpful. Please add a filter for days since release.

Definitely super important to avoid some issues to have some kind of a delay before updating. To achieve that we need the information about the plugin's release date. In ManageWP they gave us this information (last updated x days ago).
