This is very important. Please remember while planning that it should help us access data to create our own reports, making this touchpoint with the customer even more appealing.
Additionally, it would be great if the custom work section could connect to a Notion database for synchronization. It’s better to handle this all at once and sync it.

As much of a nice feature the WP Umbrella reports are, I need to combine them with other datasets (Google Analytics, Jira) and also need more flexibility in terms of their layout. I'd see these things outside of the scope of this tool, but having an open API would make my life a lot easier to get all of this data (especially uptime and lighthouse) into my reportings, dashboards etc.

Being able to incorporate basic info from WP Umbrella in our existing dashboards would be extremely useful.
Just an endpoint that gave out the same info as appears on the sites overview page (app.wp-umbrella.com/projects) would essentially do the trick for us. That would give enough information to be able to indicate - on an external dashboard - if there is an issue that merits further looking into.
