I'd like to be able to track issues I report and send in.
I'd also like to invite other users and/or email addresses of colleagues to keep them in the loop and also permit them to chime in to add input to get to a resolution.

Agreed, it's very annoying having no ticket to access and no way to reopen previous issues.
I don't think they even have a ticket system, they use regular email, as they're is no ticketid in the emails.
