Bulk Management: Uptime Monitoring

I would like to see two things related to uptime monitoring.
- The ability to see the monitoring location when you first click the Monitoring tab. Less clicks is better.
- Now that we have East and West United States, it would be nice to have this in bulk management. That way we can see what region a site is checking from at a glance. And change if needed.

It would be nice to have the uptime % in the websites list to see it in fast where problems are. Clicking into every single project takes a lot of time.
