Whenever I run updates, I almost always want all plugins and themes to update. Could we please have an option for updating everything, instead of just the plugins we specify? I don't want to have to go back to WP Umbrella every time I add a plugin to a website, just to add the new plugin to the update list.

Yeah, it would be easier (and better) to include all by default (to a selected pre-defined schedule), and rather doing exclude for those who shouldn't be updated.
